2012 JTAN Exam Kits

(SOLD ONLY TO JTAN MEMBERS)

JTAN will publish the following kits in 2012. Each exam kit (Written Paper, Listening, Marking Guidelines and Mapping Grid) will be on a CD. The audio section can be played both on a computer and on a CD player.

JTAN is currently not holding any events, please check back later.

JTAN has COPYRIGHT on all JTAN Exams and they are only to be used / amended by JTAN members in the course of their teaching. JTAN Exams are not to be used by other organizations or non-purchasers. Failure to adhere to this will result in legal action by JTAN.

Ordering JTAN exams: Please complete the Order Form, and then print the Invoice and Declaration form.

Sending payment and Declaration form: All Exam Payments must be accompanied by the Original Signed (by HOD) Exam Declaration Form. All Payments must be made by your school (no personal cheques or transfers from personal accounts) and MUST reach JTAN by the deadline date, 30th April. Please make sure that your school payment reaches JTAN by this date as the late order surcharge of $50 will be applied after this date. Please note that we will not send any exam kits prior to payment and the receipt of the Original Signed form.

Reminder: The DEADLINE for Exam Orders is Monday 30th April 2012

Exams will be delivered to schools by 15th June 2012

  • BUT Trial HSC Examination papers are embargoed until 31st August 2012.
  • Preliminary Yearly Examination papers are embargoed until 17th September 2012.
  • JTAN Exam embargoes are to be strictly adhered to. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of membership.
  • If the ordered CDs do not arrive by 21st June 2012, the teacher who orders the exams is responsible for advising JTAN. Please note that JTAN will not dispatch CDs during the school holidays.

How To Order

  1. Fill in the online order form
  2. You will receive an invoice from JTAN.
  3. Print the Exam Declaration form and get it signed.
  4. Send the form with the School Cheque/notification of electonic transfer to JTAN.
  5. You will receive a receipt from JTAN.

Please note that we require the ORIGINAL signed declaration from the Head of Languages Department at your school acknowledging the embargo dates: Without an ORIGINAL signed declaration form, the Exam Order will not be processed.

A late fee of $50 will be charged for orders received after 30th April 2012.

Methods of Payment

Please remember that ALL EXAM ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR BY YOUR SCHOOL. Personal cheques or transfers from personal accounts will not be accepted and you run the risk of not making the deadline if you use this method.

However, payment for workshops and for JTAN resources can be paid for electronically from your bank account or by your personal cheque/money order.

Once you apply online for Membership, Workshops, or Exams you can print an Invoice which you can take to your school office to arrange payment. Once payment is received you will be sent a receipt.
